Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy for all purchases made on our website, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days. We will exchange, substitute it or refund you. (Otherwise we do not return items, or exchange styles)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team: with your order number, reason for the return and an image of the product.  We will then advise on how to proceed with the return if approved. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
